Smashnova-Pistolesi

[edit]

I have read that she divorced her coach, hence, has stopped using the name Smashnova-Pistolesi. When did this happen?--202.138.133.18 00:38, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That is true. Anna married her coach, but got divorced not long afterwards. Anna never stopped living in Italy though. I will take the time to improve this article. I know Anna Smashnova personally so I will elaborate on this article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Yguinor (talkcontribs) 23:42, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

clarification

[edit]

it seems from the intro to the article that "In addition, she won a women's Grand Slam championship." which seems to suggest an adult grand slam event. But further on it is clarified to be a "In 1991, she won the girl's singles title at the French Open." and there are no adult grand slam events in the titles list.

It's confusing because had I only read the first part, I could have been mistaken

(ps this is my first post)

Thanks
