Italicize

[edit]

I would like to italicize the Records of the Three Kingdoms part of the title. How can I do that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1990XtoZ (talkcontribs) 11:30, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Article title

[edit]

I've just noticed that this article has been moved from the original title Lds split the content to. Kzyx recently added a second the, which pace the edit summary does not at all sound more natural to me, since I've only ever seen 三國志 translated as Records of the Three Kingdoms and never The Records of the Three Kingdoms.

So I don't like the new title, but I never really liked the first one either. Often in citations, I'll pipe the |title-link= to this article using the text Annotated Records of the Three Kingdoms. Another possibility might be Pei Songzhi's annotations to Records of the Three Kingdoms: there are other annotations, after all (I have a copy of 《三國志集解》 somewhere), although none incorporated into the base text like the Pei zhu. Or we could just move the page back to the original title.
