Anthony Nicola Lolli (born August 6, 1977), is a real estate investor, developer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, based in New York, USA.[1]

Lolli started out in real estate in the mid to late 1990s . At 19, he obtained his real estate license and by 23 he had founded a Brooklyn-based brokerage firm Rapid Realty.

In 2012, Lolli found ‘Lolli Brands Entertainment’ as a platform to begin to move away from the real estate business and into entertainment. Lolli sold Rapid Realty in 2018 shortly after he published his first book in, ‘The heart of the deal’.

Lolli shifted his focus in 2019 to embark on a journey to transform his body after struggling with obesity. This journey saw Lolli successfully lose over 125 lbs in weight through dedication to a strict training and dietary regime. This led to Lolli teaming up with James Hergott, the producer of Radical Body Transformations, an Amazon prime docuseries, to create the next season and build a community of people to improve their health. In 2020, Lolli Brands Entertainment released a full-length documentary about Lolli titled ‘From Fat Lolli to Six Pack Lolli – The Ultimate Transformation Story’. Lolli is now training to compete in a multitude of bodybuilding competitions whilst championing the body transformation community.

Real estate career[edit]

Lolli entered the real estate industry in 1998, at the age of 19 [1]. He founded Rapid Realty at the age of 21[2][3]. According to Lolli, in 2009, Rapid Realty became the first rental-based real-estate franchise system in the US[2].

Rapid Realty NYC distinguished itself by specializing in residential and commercial rentals. Lolli has stated that franchising became necessary for growth, because it gave top sales talent the opportunity to own their own business rather than simply managing it [4][5].

Between 2009 to 2012, Rapid Realty NYC grew to over 60 franchise locations and a team of 1000 licensed agents. In 2012, Rapid Realty NYC debuted on the Inc 5000.

In 2013, the company expanded to California and Massachusetts and was awarded the Franchisee Satisfaction Award by the Franchise Business Review in 2013. The company used an "assembly line" style sales process, wherein the commission generated from a transaction is split among multiple agents who each played a different role in the deal, as well as their franchisees, and the parent company[3]. Lolli has stated that he hires people with no previous experience, claiming that they have not yet developed any bad habits[3]. In 2014, Rapid Realty began a policy where sales agents who received a tattoo of the Rapid Realty logo would receive a increase in salary[6][7].

Lolli also founded Express Real Estate School in 2013, which trains licensed real estate agents[8].

Hi AudeNF2021, and thank you for your proposed changes. You have done the right thing, this time around, by proposing changes on the article rather than editing it directly. I am declining your suggestions because as it stands, the draft does not meet several of Wikipedia's quality standards. I have elaborated on the most important ones below:
  • In my opinion, the proposed draft is too promotional and does not adhere to Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy. What I mean is that Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising, marketing or public relations, but the purpose of your proposed text is clearly to win over prospective customers and viewers. As such, it cannot be added to the article unless it is substantially rewritten. For instance, articles should avoid buzzwords like "top sales talent," "negotiate like a pro," and "embark on a journey." These are just some examples; please watch out for other promotional phrases that I have not flagged. Just as importantly, make sure the overall tone of the draft doesn't sound like an advertisement. Wikipedia articles should be dispassionate. Sentences like "Lolli transformed his life after struggling with obesity for years, he successfully lost over 125 lbs weight through dedication to a strict training and dietary regime" should be toned down – while losing 125 lbs is an admirable feat, it could be summed up as "Lolli lost 125 lbs through dieting and exercise." There is no need for flowery language; the accomplishment speaks for itself.
  • Along the same lines, the list of awards is gratuitous.
  • The draft needs to be copyedited. I've noticed sentences like (missing words/errors in bold) "In 2012, Lolli founded ‘Lolli Brands Entertainment’". I've also found informal phrasings that could be written with a more formal tone. For instance, "touristy areas" and "This led to Lolli teaming up with James Hergott" (try "Lolli collaborated with James Hergott...").
For these reasons, this draft is declined. Best, Altamel (talk) 07:03, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Altamel - I am still awaiting feedback of the revised edits? I would like to resolve this ASAP — Preceding unsigned comment added by AudeNF2021 (talkcontribs) 18:27, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@AudeNF2021: Here's my feedback:
  • This version is way too promotional, especially the photographs and the use of "Fitness Mogul".
  • There are no independent reliable sources for Inc 5000, the Franchisee Satisfaction Award, Lolli Brands Entertainment, 50 Cent, the documentary, many of the awards, and the Personal life section.
  • External links should not be used within an article.
  • The External links section should not have social media links.
  • Italics should be used for book and film titles.
  • Periods should come before references.
  • I suggest that future requests be for only one section - or even one fact - at a time.

Altamel GoingBatty - Really appreciate you taking the time to come back with useful feedback. I agree I think the way forward is to edit one section at time. With this in mind please find the 1st section for review. I have removed the use of Mogul and replaced with entrepreneur.
