- I find that five editors have made contributions to this article and no other: Anacreon Simonides, Anikaperkins, Adélaïde Braemi, Jonathan rachal and Rowen Marlowe. While that is not in itself a problem, it does raise the possibility of collusion or of misuse of multiple accounts, which are. To those five editors: what connection, if any, do you have to Opal and/or his Economy Press? Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 09:17, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
As a writer, scholar, and professor from Chicago, I follow the work and careers of notable Chicago poets, translators, editors, and prose writers who have made an impact on their respective fields. Opal is a poet of specific interest. I’ve updated his article to reflect current and accurate biographical and publication information according to https://theeconomypress.com/Anthony-Opal. The proper form was submitted and permission received in order to use this biographical information in part or whole. In my recent edits, I’ve added citations where needed to substantiate information, claims, and quotations. I’ve removed what can be considered editorializing, using quotations from others that speak to Opal’s notability. This should take care of all issues. The article is now up-to-date and accurate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anacreon Simonides (talk • contribs) 01:13, 5 July 2022 (UTC)
