New Jersey needs a comma after it.

Texas needs a comma after it. States are always supposed to have a comma after them (unless they’re at the end of a sentence, or something like that).

No comma needed after 2019 season, since the next clause is not independent (does not have its own subject and verb). Also, should probably be 2018-19 season.
