The article repeatedly insuinates or outright states that Afghan immigrants cause increased crime. No statistical information or actual evidence is presented other than claims from politicians. (t · c) buidhe 04:19, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see how this article is claiming Afghans increase crime. It is claiming that there is a sentiment against Afghans, irrespective of crime, such as in the case of Australia. But the increase of Afghan migrants has the acts of many of them creating a prejudice. You cannot tell me documenting this (perhaps unbalanced) prejudice is not notable. From countless demonstrations to hate attacks to the formation of an anti-Afghan league in Australia (probably not related to migrants crime) is clear proof that anti-Afghan sentiment is widespread and notable. There's nowhere this article is arguing Afghans are the only ones committing crimes. These citations are entirely reliable and most of them are not blank statements from politicians but from academicians, reporters and at least one social worker.--Ameen Akbar (talk) 15:41, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
