Trademark Lawsuit

[edit]

I removed the reference to the Supreme Court in the description fo the trademark infringement lawsuit concerning the word 'monopoly,' because the Supreme Court was never involved. A quick Lexis search for "anti-monopoly" reveals that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals found in favor of Anti-Monopoly, Inc. in Anti-Monopoly, Inc. v. General Mills Fun Group, 684 F.2d 1316 (9th Cir. 1982), and the Supreme Court denied cert (that is, they decided not to hear the case and let the lower court's decision stand). See CPG Prods. Corp. v. Anti-Monopoly, Inc., 459 U.S. 1227 (1983) (denying cert). I have substituted an accurate description of the case. Elliotreed 06:05, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Reference for law passed by congress

[edit]

I added a reference on that, but now I came to believe it may not be the right reference. I'd really appreciate some double-checking or digging for references. Thanks! Gabiteodoru (talk) 11:00, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
