Is this notable? When one looks up the term on Chinese Wikipedia, it appears to just be a (modern as well as ancient) name for Parthia, and interwikilinks to and from there. The information would not be out of place there, and most of it already exists on Zhang Qian. elvenscout742 18:55, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
