Akcha and Aqchah were merged to Aqcha. -- P 1 9 9 • TALK 17:34, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Akcha contains information about Aqchah from the 1911 Encyc. Britannica. Since this is the same town, it seems reasonable to me to merge them under the current name. Historical information can be placed in the "History" section. Does anyone see any problems with doing that? --Bejnar (talk) 23:06, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The correct name written in english is "Aqcha". i reffer to the official road sign which is located at the main mazar-i-sharif - sheberghan road called "aqyol" which means white road. By the way, in turkish language it also written as "akça".180.222.136.15 (talk) 22:43, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Bejnar you reffer to a source from 1911, todays the name is changed to aqcha so i dont accept the letter "h" on the end. Also lot of articles at wiki use aqcha and not aqchah, this is missleading and confusing (see wiki articles: aqcha district, districts of afghanistan, List of splits and creations of districts in Afghanistan, List of schools in Afghanistan,...). please correct article.thx180.222.136.15 (talk) 01:40, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
