GA Review[edit]

Reviewer: I think the way that this article is written is really of FA status, rather than GA status as it is professionally laid out like a time-line with fully detailed paragraphs backed up by appropriate sources. The lead section is spot on, with the most important points explained thoroughly with detail in appropriate sections from the commence of the Act in 1979 (As described in the Development of the Act section) to the expiration of it (described in the Assessment section). Despite the fact that I or the rest of the public can't access the sources via any external links, there hasn't been any paragraph of any section which needs any citations (apart from the lead, but that is non-controversial and hence doesn't need any citations per WP:LEADCITE). In terms of NPOV, in particular the Assessment section, all the points of views were correctly sourced and doesn't include any original research or bias either. Overall, this is professionally written, and it safely passes the GA criteria. Minimac (talk) 06:59, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
