Clarification needed: archaeologists, Arogisl and Arogast

I repeat what I wrote between the tags here [1]: Archaeologists are not linguists and the name is a linguistic matter. Gisl and gast are usually different words meaning different things, so Arogisl and Arogast should be different names.

For that matter, both the French and the German articles give a much more likely etymology for Arb(o)- ("heritage"). Unfortunately with no reference in the articles. Which is not to say that names like Arogisl and Arogast didn't exist, but they probably don't belong in this article.-151.177.62.155 (talk) 17:06, 23 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
