This article was nominated for deletion on 20 October 2013 (UTC). The result of the discussion was merge to Shannara.

I've begun expansion of the article, although it will take quite some time and I will have to do it in sections. I'm using Shire (Middle-earth) as a go-by, although it is not a perfect reference by any means.

One thing I noticed when doing the Geography section was an apparent inconsistency with the description of the moat on the inner side of the Keel. "There was no water in the moat; there seemed to be no purpose in having dug it." from Chapter 10 of The Elf Queen of Shannara whereas in Chapter 11 "The queen walked to the center of the bridge, where it arched above the waters of the moat". I avoided mentioning whether or not there was water in the moat, but I did want to bring it up. Thanks! Pennywisdom2099 (talk) 06:25, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
