What is a controlled access highway? This seems too technical to have no explanation. Does it mean there will be on- and off-ramps, or will there be intersections, but just a limited number? This seems significant -- whether or not it will be an actual freeway is of some importance.

Assessment[edit]

The RD does nothing to describe the route besides the length of the two segments, so it's not up to B-class yet. CL — 05:22, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
