Since there are two known arrondissements of Neufchâteau (Arrondissement of Neufchâteau and Arrondissement of Neufchâteau (Belgium)), I suggest to move Arrondissement of Neufchâteau to Arrondissement of Neufchâteau (France) (or possibly Arrondissement of Neufchâteau, Vosges) and to make Arrondissement of Neufchâteau a disambiguation page.
