Major Issues

[edit]

This article has major issues, these episodes are not in order, summaries don't make sense or are misleading and original airdate would be the Australian airdates since ABC2 aired season 14 first. I will attempt to repair this article if I can. Mr.Television (talk) 06:17, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The episodes are in the correct order according to the citations from reliable sources that are included with each episode. Most of the episode summaries match the sources. In fact, I had to remove some of them as they were copyright violations. I had to change one episode title and two dates as these have been changed since the citations were added but the work to correct that wasn't major.[1]. The biggest issue is the addition of the Australian information, with incorrect date formats and the wrong capitalisation, which I'm about to fix. --AussieLegend (talk) 07:37, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed! A lot of work needed to be done, but it still wasn't major, although the use of IMDB as a source is of concern. IMDB is not considered to be a reliable source. --AussieLegend (talk) 07:46, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Wait, why are the Australian air dates shown on this page?Angiex3-2 (talk) 10:41, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
As per MOS:TV, "to keep neutrality and make sure that Wikipedia is not seen as the American Wikipedia, it would be beneficial to the article to have any international broadcasters listed as well". --AussieLegend (talk) 10:52, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Then why aren`t air dates of the UK added? Or Israel since they aired it before any of the other countries? It`s just weird to see the Australian broadcast section take up half of the page on an American tv show.Angiex3-2 (talk) 11:14, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Buster Spaces Out -- #175, season: 14, episode: 10, first-half

[edit]

"Buster, after seeing footage of the Moon landing, decides to build a model rocket ship..."

The "R-1 Model Rocket" appears to be based on an Estes Mars Snooper II (K-20 or #1220) 1975-1980 or a Mars Snooper (K-20 or #1220) 1966-1971 & 1992.

A distinguishing feature of Snooper II are the standoffs attached to the bottom of the fin pylons, allowing the rocket to sit off the blast-deflector;
this eliminates the need use tape on the launch rod, spent engine or some other spacer to keep the rocket above the deflector. dond (talk) 19:57, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
