Toscanini recorded in London in the late 1930s rather more extensively than is documented here. It's also fairly generally agreed that his recordings of the 1930s, both in New York and London, were technically superior and rather better interpreted than their later New York commercially-issued equivalents made by RCA, at least until the early 1950s. Odd that this article, and the main biographical article do not even discuss this - the single two-disc issue of some of his BBC concert recordings mentioned here is some way from being even the most successful of his published London recordingsDelahays (talk) 20:04, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
