Circumstances involving an airplane emergency landing in a river, and the evacuation of the violinist together with his violin[edit]
Tellefsen has been in the news today about something which has nothing to do with music. Looking at his picture in the news, it made me think of something which Tellefsen was involved in a few years ago.
Does somebody have the date that he was in an airplane that had an emergency landing in the US. The aircraft ended up in a river. I believe there was a photo of the likeness of Tellefsen, wearing at least two life vests (from the airplane) and carrying a musical instrument during/after the evacuation of the aircraft. Also, I am not sure if there was anything controversial about the incident. Does anyone have the date, or any other details? --No parking here (talk) 18:16, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nothing controversial except they had to be evacuated on an inflatable raft(those door slide thingies?) and due to the lack of oars he was constantly being prodded in using his Stradivarius as a paddle :) 84.202.109.61 (talk) 16:37, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
