The second section of President of the Privy Council reads decidedly with an unencyclopedic tone – we all know that he was a very nice guy that everyone must admire (?), but the text shall not force us by making advertizements for Arvid Horn. I have a slight allergy against: "bold", "strong enough to prevent", "bitterly but unjustly accused", "triumphant". The last sentence just S*XX Horribly! and gives any sane person nausea. I tried to tone down the 1911 Britannica POV in the section you mention. I didn't do anything about "triumphant" since the "Hats" apparently got their way. The whole article probably suffers from just having one source. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 14:46, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
