[edit]

Upon noticing that many of the sources are from articles from the 1990s in the Vancouver Sun, and do not have a direct link, I searched in databases to attempt to find the original articles. The search has proved to be unsuccessful, and therefore I suggest that those citations are deadlinked. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rosebecker1 (talkcontribs) 13:52, 19 February 2020 (UTC) Rosebecker1 (talk) 14:13, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Changes

[edit]

After reviewing this article thoroughly, I have found several content gaps that I believe need to be filled. The first edit is the addition of some brief sentences to the "Lead" section, as well as fixing some of the current sentences. Another small change will be the rewording of the Plot Summary" section, so as to make It easier for the reader to understand. One of the larger changes is the addition of a "Reception" section, just to show how people reacted to the children's books. However, the largest edit is the "Controversy" section that has been rewritten, due to the fact that the original section's sources are not valid. Finally, an "Analysis of Controversy" section will be added to clarify the controversy. For those who wish to see the bibliography, It is currently published on my sandbox.
