Date format[edit]

At time of writing the date format of the article is MDY. I'm considering changing it to DMY; most Korea-related articles use DMY, and this article is mostly internal Korea related, and not particularly tied to a MDY country like the US.

I think probably the strongest argument to use MDY is the fact that the incident is referred to as "10.26" in Korea, but that's a result of the YMD date format and not because of MDY. For sake of consistency with other articles, including Park's article, think DMY is best.

I'm gonna go ahead and make the change because I think it'll be uncontroversial, but please change it back and discuss here if you disagree. toobigtokale (talk) 12:30, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
