2000 election[edit]

Could someone explain what exactly happened in the 2000 elections? The case "Grosaru v. Romania" at the ECHR is being mentioned, but with no explanation as to why this happened or what the result was. Number 5 7 11:46, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
