Before one or the other of these articles is deleted in favor of a redirect, please discuss the merger.

The move was undone because it jettisoned the bulk of the story arc article, including the sources.

Fill in the blank[edit]

Where and when did this character's origin take place? The mention of the Science Police and the phrase "unstuck in time" seem to place him somewhere in the past or future, presumably on Earth. But that's just a best guess. --Noclevername (talk) 22:47, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
