Support per nom. @In ictu oculi: they look to be two different players with similar names. GiantSnowman 13:24, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Relisting Do both these players have the same surname? Natg 19 (talk) 01:23, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose, support User:In ictu oculi's proposal. It looks like both players' names are interchangeable in spelling, which is basically the same as being the same. Safrolic (talk) 02:32, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Why not just title the articles clearly in the first place rather than making people go to the wrong Augustine Arhinful? In ictu oculi (talk) 18:17, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The clear title for each article is the one without a parenthetical qualifier, but with a hatnote. It would be counterintuitive to have one Augustine with a qualifier and the other Augustine without a qualifier, unless we were to construct another layer of access by creating a dab page and adding qualifiers for both men. —Roman Spinner(talk • contribs) 15:23, 21 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
But that won't work in this case because the name is misspelledIn ictu oculi (talk) 09:46, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If there is clear evidence for consensus that the surname of one of the footballers is indeed misspelled, then the misspelled surname should be corrected, both footballers should receive parenthetical qualifiers and be listed on a disambiguation page to which the misspelled name should redirect. —Roman Spinner(talk • contribs) 17:01, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
