Regarding the Twilight Incident[edit]

IIRC, the events of the Twilight Incident (i.e. Kite's adventures) being almost the same as the Epitaph was a complete coincidence so I removed that little on this page. Kulaguy 03:38, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Attention notice[edit]

Why is this article in need of attention? ih8evilstuff 21:11, 22 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Well, both are right (Ih8evilstuff and whoever put the notice), the article is just fine but could still be much improved. I promise to re-write it after chrismas, but i would preffer the attention notice to be removed, the article is already functional enough. --Requiem the 18th(email)

UPDATE: As promised I re-wrote the entire article to make it more concise and less wordy. I'll proceed to explain some edits

She is an A.I. placed inside the fictional MMORPG The World

We agree .hack is fictional, no need to further state it.

Although the complete, original version of the Epitaph of Twilight eludes most players, there are many BBS posts claiming to be the original.

And although the Epitaph certainly deserves mention in any Aura article, what players know about it isn't important.

The system is intended to create the Ultimate AI, and is run by an AI named , whose purpose is to create and awaken Aura. This birth would serve to signify as the introduction to a new age, a bridge between mankind and computers.

This is an exaggerated claim, one I don't remember ever seen in .hack, are you sure? Anyway, Harold's main intention was to relive his grief, not this.

While Orca was helping his best friend Kite (main protagonist in the playstation the games) get to know The World.

I removed this because what Orca and Kite where doing is irrelevant from Aura's POV.

Yet Aura prefers to intervene as little as possible except in certain situations as seen in .hack//Legend of the Twilight and the ending to the series of video games when Aura restores Mia, the Bracelet, The World, and Net Slum.

There is such a thing like too much info
I still need help in the section that indicates in wich title she appears, tho I suspect she apears in all of them.

GU and Aura's Disappearance[edit]

Just a quick note: This article will need to be updated after the release of GU, with information from the terminal disc. This may need to be tabled into articles about "Project GU" and "R.A. Program" . MirageAtoli 02:07, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion about fiction?[edit]

I may be missing something here, but shouldn't "Aura is a fictional character from .hack,..." be enough for people to understand that she's a fictional character, even considering the .hack article mentions the anime and video game series? ih8evilstuff 14:50, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not necessarily...see WP:WAF.--Tally Solleni (talk) 20:22, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comment moved from article to talk page[edit]

If anyone can, please insert an image of Aura in volumes 2/3 of the G.U. games in Aura's section or the G.U. games section, or a sentence stating that her look has not changed since Project/ Legend of the Twilight, for the courtesy of Wikipedia's readers and .hack's fans and to increase understanding of the situation. Incorrect picture[edit]

The picture at the header of the article is not aura, but is a secondary character, Zefie, who was created by aura in a later series. The picture is taken from the anime adaptation of that series, .hack//DUSK.--Evilagram (talk) 16:47, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong, I took this picture of Aura from .hack//SIGN. Kazu-kun (talk) 18:34, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
