The biographical information listed in this Austin Gibbs Wikipedia entry was written by the management of Austin Gibbs. This same biographical information is listed on the artist's Facebook fan page and in multiple press releases that were distributed when he released his most recent album, the Austin Gibbs EP. Regardless of who wrote the text or where it is copied on the internet, Wikipedia cannot use it without permission. The procedures for providing that permission are listed in the large message which was left on your talk page. I've deleted the text as a copyright violation.
