Importance and citations[edit]

Wikipedia is all about making improvements. Most articles have development opportunities at start. This article deserves place in Wikipedia since:

  • Aviation taxation and subsidies are international and have high economical value
  • Subsidies distort transportation market both in competition between air planes and different transportation methods
  • Aviation has large impact in Global warming: The UK in 2005: Aviation's total impact was around 13%–15% of total greenhouse gas emissions (Environmental issues in the United Kingdom
  • Common sense can be used: LOOK Wikipedia:Citation needed: The knowledge may be so self-evident that it really does not need to be cited at all? (Some things do not.) Watti Renew (talk) 15:33, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Things that do not need citing are WP:SKYISBLUE, not details on aviation subsidies. The tags need properly addressing or else the text removed, see WP:V. If the subject is notable then it should be easy find refs that support the tagged statements. If they cannot be found then it is not notable enough to be included in an encyclopedia article. As it stands this article is mostly not referenced and there are not enough refs to show the notability of the subject. All it is right now is a WP:COATRACK for your criticism of the EU. You need to add references to show notability or else it has to be stubbed down to what is supported by refs or sent to WP:AFD. - Ahunt (talk) 13:57, 25 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
