I think they mirrored it. Anyway, I rearranged the information and added a few things. 68.39.87.53 14:46, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cross My Heart[edit]

The song "Cross My Heart", heard in Ayaka's IV "Moon Doll", is not by Ayaka. It's true, I don't know who it IS by, but I am 100% positive it isn't Ayaka. This has been addressed before on another forum. If you've ever heard Ayaka sing, you could easily distinguish her voice from the vocalist of "Cross My Heart". Ayaka is also not fluent in English, nor can she sing it flawlessly. ~ Wapiko 01:43, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • According to Ayaka-chan, she sang "Cross My Heart". She thought she was going to get a Japanese song, then they foisted "Cross My Heart" on her. It took her four months to learn the song, when it would have taken her a few days to learn a Japanese song. It's true that she wasn't fluent in English at the time she recorded it; however, she learned the song phonetically. She is taking English lessons now. Gpietsch 20:00, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Are we talking about the same song here? It's incredibly difficult to grasp another language's accent, let alone master it. Where did you hear that she herself sang this? I think we need a citation. ~ Wapiko 03:09, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
She wrote me an e-mail about it. Anyway, I've listened to "Cross My Heart" and Ayaka's Japanese-language songs, and it's the same voice. It is true that she doesn't sing "Cross My Heart" flawlessly; her pronunciation of the word "girls" sounds like "gills" a bit. For comparison's sake, here's a YouTube video with "Cross My Heart": [[1]] and a few controls: [[2]], [[3]], [[4]]. So until a ghost-singer comes forward to claim that Ayaka-chan didn't sing "Cross My Heart", I'll believe that she did. ~ Gpietsch 00:57, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know I'm late in coming back here, but I'm listening to comparisons and I still don't hear how it could be her. The voices are the same pitch or so, but I still don't believe it is her. Could we get a copy of this email, and was the email from an official address or perhaps a fan trying to emulate her? ~ Wapiko 00:50, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed[edit]

What proof is there that this myspace is real? All I can see without friending it (which I will not do) is "I not fan! ☆ Konnichiwa Minna. Komatsu Ayaka desu.☆" I could have written that after the first day of Japanese class. Unless Komatsu's official website contains a link to her official Myspace, no amount of "I promise!" on any individual account is going to be acceptable as proof. --Masamage 04:14, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Movie/Discography section[edit]

Can someone add a "Filmography/Discography" section like most actors/actresses have? Right now, it's really cluttered. --Egocentrism04 19:31, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Marriage[edit]

She is not married. She modelled wedding dress in mid July and joked that she's getting married. See translation of entry here:

Okay, she's available again! I thought, after checking Mew Azama's blog (she had an off-day 7/16) that maybe there was a wedding and she didn't invite or tell the rest of the Senshi, and maybe that Japanese wedding customs dictated a private affair rather than inviting your friends and relatives for a bash, but thanks for checking. I have full confidence that eventually she would find a husband, as the line of prospective dates would be as long as Honshu, but hey, I digress. -- Gpietsch 23:15, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ayaka502[edit]

I tried to add the link to Ayaka502 but someone keeps deleting it saying its spam. I tried to add my fansite and they said that was spam which i can kinda see but why they keep saying that her official site is spam? So stupid!

Then add them separately. I've been rolling back your fansite spam for the last two months, and I'm pretty much reverting on sight. -Wooty [Woot?] [Spam! Spam! Wonderful spam!] 01:20, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. Well at least you added her official site. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.254.11.251 (talk) 04:50, 5 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fansite[edit]

I think you should make a section for her fansite's because if people are looking for pictures or videos or other kind of information not found here, it would be easier to direct them to fansites. Not for linkage wise but for those who seek more then whats on this page.
