It's not emphasized enough that "Bank Bar Kalan" probably only supported it and nothing could be proven about involvement. Only accusations or rumors against him. Otherwise nothing is stopping his execution by Andrew. If Barons hated Andrew that much to supporting a murderer of his wife, then nothing would stop them overthrowing him and saving themselves the threat of execution. So it's illogical to say they protected a murderer of Andrew's wife. The only situation where Andrew would be ok with the Barons doing it would be if he was part of the conspiracy.
