The numbers listed do not add up in any way. CS: 9,999 + CA: 3,249 + C: 443 ≠ 11,720. The total would come to 13,691. Meanwhile, the German page lists the same numbers for the C and CA, but claims that the CS total is 13,700 - very close to the total of the numbers given here.
