This page needs maintenance

I think that some information in this article needs to be maintained. For instance, Bank of the West was sold by BNP Paribas. The similar situation is valid also for the article about Bank of The West. I wanted to make these changes but I am a beginner user and I didn't want to cause any inconvenient changes.
