Changes in Regulations section

this section refers to telephone hotlines that were established to enforce the Baby Doe Law. To my understanding, the hotlines were established prior to the Baby Doe Law, following the executive order in 1982 which defined nontreatment as a violation of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Overturned?

The article says this "The law went into effect on June 1, 1985, but was only in place for a few years before it was overturned in Federal Court" but surprisingly this isn't mentioned in the intro nor are any details offered for what is clearly a key issue when it comes to this law if I'm understanding this correctly Nil Einne (talk) 01:59, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
