Name?
[edit]What is/are "1's"? Seriously; I haven't a clue what that's supposed to mean. — TORTOISEWRATH</spa—n> 20:17, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- As in number ones. The "#" is not used in the title for some reason. EDIT: Maybe it'd be a good idea to write it out in the lead? — DivaKnockouts 23:15, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- I think that would be ideal, with a link to a relevant article. Just giving the name without any explanation obviously alienates at least some readers. — TORTOISEWRATH 23:28, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- A relevant article? Such as? — DivaKnockouts 23:31, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- Hit record, presumably? (I'm still not certain to what the "1's" is referring, so please forgive my potential ignorance.) — TORTOISEWRATH 23:50, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- It means a number-one single. A song that has reached number one on a chart. "Dime" reached number-one on the Billboard Latin Rhythm Airplay chart. As such, it is considered a number one single. The title Bachata Romántica: 1's is signifying that the album includes number-one singles probably in a attempt to generate sales. I don't know why the label or whoever picked the title. — DivaKnockouts 23:56, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- Aye, 'twas as I understood, hence my above suggestion. — TORTOISEWRATH 23:59, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- Hit record is irrelevant to this article. The album hasn't been regarded as a hit record in reliable sources. And 1's doesn't specially mean something is a hit. Most of these songs weren't even number-one singles, (most top ten) so it contradicts the text. — DivaKnockouts 00:04, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
- Why the title, then? (Sorry we're going in circles here...) — TORTOISEWRATH 00:11, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
