DrMicro, I would like to respectfully ask that this page be deleted. While the ICTV has recently approved the new genus Bacilladnavirus, the family Bacillariodnaviridae does not exist (and there has not been any proposal submitted suggesting that the family be created.) Please see http://www.ictvonline.org/virusTaxonomy.asp?version=2011 for a listing of all official virus taxa.
