Anonymous Reverts[edit]

The article in its previous for contains a lot of unreferenced material that fails Wikipedia's neutral point of view criteria.

The claim that "Bagrock is a musical genre created by rock guitarist Gregor "G-man" James upon joining traditional pipe band 'The Red Hot Chilli Pipers'. " was made by a user called GregorMcPhie -- "G-man" is commonly referred to throughout the press as both "Gregor James" and "Gregor McPhie", so it is quite likely that this is the same person, and we cannot take his word for it without external citation.

Furthermore, as far as I'm aware, the Chilli Pipers were never a "traditional pipe band". They played at a corporate gig for my employers the year before their big break on TV, so before G-Man joined, and they were playing the same stuff then.

It appears as though the original edit was made to push a personal agenda at a time when McPhie was involved in dispute with the band over money... Prof Wrong (talk) 11:29, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
