more sources needed

[edit]

the only sources apparently available are from either Bahram's own organisation, or the communist TV network affiliated with his organisation. i don't believe this meets WP:BIO criteria. please find some reliable sources.

furthermore, the writing style is quite biased. you can't dance around WP:NPOV by using quotes here and there in a half-hearted attribution attempt. from WP:BLP: "The article should document, in a non-partisan manner, what reliable third party sources have published about the subject and, in some circumstances, what the subject may have published about themselves. The writing style should be neutral, factual, and understated, avoiding both a sympathetic point of view and an advocacy journalism point of view." thus, this article is about what reliable third party sources have said concerning him, and not what his opinions are. this TV International source isn't reliable, especially as it isn't intellectually independant from Mr. Soroush. The organization doesnt belong to him, he's a member of it. There's a difference between the two. His appearance on TV has been covered by many third parties, such as:
  • Iranian.com
  • kargaran.org
  • indymedia.org.uk
  • BBC.com (picture [1] of him as a protestor, along with his description and views (not trivial)
  • Wluml.org
  • London.gov.uk ([2]) - not trivial coverage, he has been quoted two times in relation to an anti-Qaradawi letter
  • butterfliesandwheels.com ([3])
  • maryamnamazie.com
  • And lastly: wpiran.org - which is the site of the organization he is a member of. This doesnt mean its not a third party reference. He doesnt own the company.

ok, i'll have a closer look at the the refs you've provided. but quickly: to be a third party, you must be uninvolved with the subject. an organisation you belong to isn't a third party. a lot of the links you're providing appear to be interviews conducted by TV International (not intellectually independant). sources should also be about the subject, as opposed to simply what they think. the london.gov.uk link does appear to be trivial, what biographical information do we learn about Soroush from it? see this for more clarification. same goes for the BBC pics really. i'll take a look at the other refs shortly.
