Major tone issues.[edit]

This article does not meet Wikipedia’s standards for neutral point of view, and does not have an appropriate academic tone. I am unsure as to how to best approach these issues, but I have been trying to chip away at the obvious flaws.

If anyone more experienced has the time and willingness to help (as this is a low-importance article), I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
