Untitled[edit]

This article was originally pasted up as one big unwikified article, with some links to articles about a dispute. I split what was there to a history section, and added an intro. But I get the impression that only one point of view is being expressed here, and the creator's account name suggests a WP:Conflict of interest. Could someone familiar with the subject please check it and edit for WP:NPOV? Thanks, Empty Buffer (talk) 10:15, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've had to delete big chunks from that history section, since it was mostly unreferenced, and most of the references given were from blogs and forums, and many of them didn't support the text for which they were cited. Apparently there has been some sort of disagreement over how to build the park, and I've noted this with two refs from WP:Reliable sources. Empty Buffer (talk) 08:20, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 09:40, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Balui Peace Park History edits[edit]

Constant edits reflect personal vendetta by author, therefore an unreliable and inaccurate source of information. 167.179.185.197 (talk) 11:43, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Association vs Project and some sources still needed[edit]

I have tried to bring the whole article back in line with the overall idea of having a peace park at the Sari nightclub site, since that matches the title and most of the article. I did my best to sort out what was the Peace Park Association and what was the Peace Park Project, but a quick search didn't turn up a lot of information on what actually happened to the Association after they stopped trying to buy the land (except for the Project's website/blog, which is kind of by definition unreliable, since the founder of the Project was expelled from the Association and is quoted in one article as saying he'd rather face a firing squad than stand with the Association).

Could definitely still use some work, though, if anyone has better luck with finding sources for the actual outcome of Dallas Finn's offer (which, again, I could only source to his blog) or what happened to the Association. EasyAsPai (talk) 04:06, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
