Ballast Point (Tampa) → Ballast Point – Ballast Point in Tampa, Florida is a densely populated neighborhood in the city of Tampa and should have this page for its name. Heditor6 (talk) 03:53, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. Although the brewing company is at the full name, Ballast Point Brewing Company, people searching with "Ballast Point" are too likely to be looking for the beer for this neighborhood to be the primary topic. --B2C 07:01, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. No evidence has been provided that there is a primary topic. Looking a Google, the Tampa community doesn't even register in the top results. Looking at page traffic statistics for the last 90 days, the brewing company handily tops the community 1898 to 1161. And considering that the other uses are in the same general ballpark (Ballast Point Park, 576; Ballast Point (New South Wales), 506; Ballast Point Light, 832) it doesn't appear that there is a primary topic. older ≠ wiser 11:36, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - if anything Google Books suggests that San Diego's Ballast Point, where the lighthouse is, is the most frequent topic of the 6 listed at Ballast Point. In ictu oculi (talk) 15:09, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. The one in the San Diego, California, U.S. area is no doubt more well known around there, and the one in Sydney, Australia area is no doubt more well known around there, and, elsewhere, no one knows about any one of them. Disambiguation page at the Ballast Point name is appropriate. --doncram 18:17, 22 March 2014 (UTC)

Ballast Point (Tampa) → Ballast Point - The Ballast Point Lighthouse in San Diego has been demolished. The Ballast Point neighborhood in Tampa that is almost 2 square miles and has a population of almost 5,000 is far more significant than a brewery named for its neighborhood in San Diego, CA. The Ballast Point neighborhood in Tampa is well known to its nearly 5,000 residents. Ballast Point in Tampa, Florida is clearly more significant than the area in San Diego which has no reference to it as a neighborhood on the official San Diego city website at http://www.sandiego.gov/. However the official City of Tampa has a webpage for the significant Ballast Point neighborhood in Tampa, Florida at http://www.tampagov.net/neighborhoods_webapp/default.aspx?id=1. Ballast Point in Tampa should therefore be the main topic, as Tampa is for Tampa, Florida.Heditor6 (talk) 15:31, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
