Condition of this article

[edit]

This page looks too much like promotional material for the development. It has recently been heavily edited by User:Edmcmenamy, a single-pupose account, which implies a conflict of interest. I believe it would be inappropriate for Edmcmenamy to remove the improvement tags I have placed at the top of the article. -- Donald Albury 17:37, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Edmcmenamy has signed as "Ed McMenamy, BallenIsles Communications Committee".[1] PrimeHunter (talk) 18:02, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Simply Amazing - An actual article on a housing development for the wealthy

[edit]

Does this article imply that separate articles should be written for each gated community, housing development and housing project in the United States?Stevenmitchell (talk) 01:18, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to prod it a while back. I'm not sure why I didn't take it to AfD after that. It does have its defenders. -- Donald Albury 08:21, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
