I am unclear about the copyright status of the article that currently makes up the entire History section: "The following article by Hugh A. Boyd orginally appeared on the website [www.northantrim.com http://www.northantrim.com]". As the article does not appear to be on that website any longer, I am unsure of whether anyone received permission to use it. The other materials on that site are copyright-protected, so I think this needs to be cleared up before proceeding with using it for a Wikipedia article. --Kathryn NicDhàna 04:41, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Followup: The article is still on the web: [1]. Though the page with the article does not have a copyright statement or symbol on it, the homepage of the site does. I also think it is inappropriate to dump *any* article wholesale into Wikipedia this way. --Kathryn NicDhàna 05:49, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hugh Boyd Has been dead for over 200 years! His copyright no longer applies. IRWolfie- (talk) 10:45, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The town now has its own paintballing venue.

Where? As an ex-Ballycastle citizen and a paintball aficionado, I am really curious.Marmalade1975 (talk) 10:17, 7 February 2010 (UTC)Marmalade1975, 5.16pm WIB, 7th February 2010[reply]

Better references are needed before rating C or above.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 09:43, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Scots

[edit]

Bellykessel is that some kind of military tactic involving fat people? Any references that predate the 1990s showing that Scots-speakers have used or do habitually use Bellykessel etc? 92.11.52.106 (talk) 20:10, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Doesn't matter as the infobox names refer to modern names. Also i'm issueing you a caution for your opening statement. Mabuska (talk) 10:41, 8 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
