Article name

I have moved the article from "Baltimore Association for the Moral and Intellectual Improvement of the Colored People" to "Baltimore Association for the Moral and Educational Improvement of the Colored People", as it was the official name and seems to be the common name (e.g. Google books hits 600 for educational and 50 for intellectual).
