This cannot be considered a beer because it is not made from wheat or hoppes. Should it not instead be called a wine since it is just the fermentation of juice?

I had some bananna beer and it was bitter and nasty. It tasted like Excedrin ground up and put in nanny goat piss with a very slight aftertaste of bananas. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.108.199.245 (talk) 20:09, 19 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is what it is known as. In no part of the definition is it defined as a 'beer'. You do not change the name of sweet breads to sweet brains and innards, just because it isn't actually bread. As for the nasty part, don't all beer taste like Excedrin ground up in nanny goat piss? LOL. But we drink it anyway, go figure.-- Obsidin Soul 10:20, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
