Article has many removed sections[edit]

I examined the article history to only find the Banning, Cal. article is one of the most edited I ever seen, too many entries are quickly removed and others are improperly sourced, here's one of them below about local diversity in which can be interesting to learn about:

Banning has numerous sections where residents of a certain race/ethnicity reside, such as the Vista Serena section which is mainly African-American, Latino or Hispanic and Southeast Asian. The western section is mostly nonhispanic-white, and has a great number of locals of Irish, Scottish, German, Swiss and Italian descent, a legacy of Banning's immigrant settlers in the late 1800s. Banning has several shops run by South Asian and Middle Eastern owners. The casino-funded Morongo Band of Cahuilla Indians is prominent in city life. ^{[citation needed]}

The article can be worked on with better enforcement and a better consciousness whether or not the entries are eligible for further editing or removal. There has been random deletion of articles relating to the area such as San Jacinto Valley, San Gorgonio Sports Park, Beaumont and Banning High schools (and their school districts) and the unincorporated community of Rancho San Timoteo. I began to seriously doubt the articles themselves are within wiki guidelines or someone is deleting articles unfairly or never had discussions with the staff about them. + 71.102.3.86 (talk) 23:32, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Imdb.com database error?[edit]

I'd bet money that "El Ministerio..." was not filmed in Banning, but to remove it would be OR? Come on, a 16 minute documentary, in Spanish, about a minor (Spanish) provincial functionary, filmed in the USA--am I missing something or did a random cosmic ray flip the wrong bit in Imdb's database? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.251.144.73 (talk) 23:09, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Henry Herbert Knibbs[edit]

The following sentence (which lacks RS) has been removed:

"The early western poet and author Henry Herbert Knibbs lived his last years in Banning."

Smoggiest city in America[edit]

Banning-Beaumont ranks the worst in national air quality, with 176 days of air above "unhealthy for some people" and 30 days "unhealthy for all", yet in some years it's up to 5 days "very unhealthy". In the 2000's, it was Fontana and a quarter a century ago in 1990, Glendora ranked the worst city in air quality, due to the movement of population and industry eastward into the Inland Empire region of Southern CA. 67.49.89.214 (talk) 23:54, 24 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
