Bad change, in my opinion. The First Lady is far more known, important, and referenced than the daughter. In such a case, the First Lady article should just be Barbara Bush, with an otherpeople tag at the top to point to the daughter article, which would be named Barbara Bush (Presidential daughter) or something like that. Wife and mother?

[edit]

Barbara Pierce Bush (born 8 June 1925) is the wife and mother of the 41st President of the United States, George H. W. Bush,

Seems a little weird. Surely she's the wife to GHWB, and the mother to GWB? Unless the mother of GHWB is also called Barbara Bush, in which case that could still be clarified fel64 16:51, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that's clearly incorrect. My guess is that someone left out part of the sentence. --Chris 13:48, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Successions out of sync?

[edit]

Looking at the bottom of the page, I noticed that the middle panel for the Second Lady shows the term 1981-1989, while the one for First Lady is correct -- 1989-1993. Seems like they've gotten out of sync somehow. --Chris 13:48, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
