Mispaced[edit]

I've moved this misplaced comment from the article to here: "There was a White Paper on the subject further information should be available from that." --Lexein 08:57, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Passenger numbers[edit]

How can there have been 41 injuries when only ~35 passengers were on the train? --Redrose64 (talk) 16:07, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know, but that's what the official report says - approximately 35 passengers, of whom 11 were killed, 20 seriously injured, and 21 suffered "minor injuries and shock". The good Colonel's arithmetic skills must have been a litte rusty - or, perhaps, some of the 21 were passengers who were shocked by witnessing the accident but weren't on the train. I've changed the injuries figure to 20, so that it's at least not contradictory. Tevildo (talk) 15:44, 7 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
