I requested a link to be added to the Barre page in regards to a benefit of barre. I do not work for any barre company but have taken barre classes and aware of the benefits that help females recover after childbirth. What would be a proper link to this information to "pelvic strengthening" that would be considered educational rather than inappropriate, as the latter was flagged by an editor. The link was sourced from a highly regarded and reliable source. Would a third-party link be more deemed more acceptable? Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sjsuarez (talkcontribs) 18:08, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Previous Workout Experience[edit]

No prior experience is required before your first barre class. While some of the movements may be easier for those who have dance experience, movements and excercise will become more natural with regular practice.

Flexibility is not a must when it comes to barre. Often times, barre instructors instruct those in class to make small movements, as these movements tend to show quicker results. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Egbenne1 (talkcontribs) 20:54, 27 February 2020 (UTC) Egbenne1 (talk) 01:08, 28 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
