Tags / NPOV[edit]

I've done some minor editing and added tags but this article needs work. The top section looks ok for a BLP article - but the section on 'Department of Corrections' make some big claims and seems very negatively slanted. From other material I've seen on other wiki pages (e.g. Judith Collins - Matthews was shown to have alerted both Labour and National Govts about problems with resourcing etc, none of which is included here.
