Orphaned article[edit]

I added the Tonto Trail today and provided a link to this article. However, the South Bass (and the North Bass, for that matter) are located in remote areas of Grand Canyon National Park and would likely have few links. I'm working on it. Notary137 09:04, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Splitting into two articles[edit]

Is there any objection to splitting this into two articles, South Bass Trail and North Bass Trail? These two trails are not connected and are in fact divided by Colorado River making one inaccessible from the other for all hikers who can't bum a crossing from a river party. I'm currently working to revise articles on Grand Canyon's trails. Notary137 09:17, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have taken care of the article split. It's my first, please let me know kindly if I did something incorrectly. Thanks! Notary137 04:27, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I will take care of what links here after the job queue takes care of the template changes (the other articles have the current template, but 'What links here' still shows pages that no longer link here. I'll give it a day, then take care of the stragglers. Notary137 04:49, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
