This was changed on 28 June by 71.205.170.70 from ISO 8601 to US style. I’ve changed it back; it was fine as it was, and if it wasn’t it should be British style, not American. Xyl 54 (talk) 13:56, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What are your sources for this naming convention? Never heard of the Battle of Camaret. Attack on Brest seems more appropriate. Rebel Redcoat (talk) 15:47, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

with this edit user:The ed17 placed the template and date "{{Quotefarm}} November 2008" at the top of the article. The template says:

This article contains too many or too lengthy quotations for an encyclopedic entry. Please help improve the article by editing it to take facts from excessively quoted material and rewrite them as sourced original prose. Consider transferring direct quotations to Wikiquote.

As this is an editor to editor communication I have moved it here for further discussion as it has little to do with the information about the battle, and this talk page is for discussion about the content and style of the article -- PBS (talk) 08:51, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
