The text I removed (in addition to lacking significant context, hence the many issue tags), is also a very near cut-paste from a copyrighted source. This search and other similar searches for long strings of text from this article yield references to the same journals. My searches have also identified a number of other possible actions that fall under this name. Rather than maintaining marginally-useful text, you could assist in identifying sources that provide a rational description of these actions so that stubs can be written for them.
